This beautiful terrace house in Cambridge was in need of better insulation to the front of the Property, and replacement Windows and Patio Doors to the rear. Sebastian and Hugo were aware that the Sliding Sash Windows didn’t need replacing and asked TWN to re-glaze with the New Superspacer Heritage Double Glazed Sealed Units.

Up to three times more thermally efficient than the single glazing they replaced. Units are available with either Argon or Krypton gas-filled cavities, and are fully Kite-marked to BS EN 1279

Superspacer Heritage IG units are manufactured at 12mm thick, with an incredibly thin 8mm sightline. At these fine tolerances they are suitable for many applications, both new and replacement; where Planning and Conservation Legislation exists, alongside a requirement for a more modern level of Thermal Insulation.
